Leagues
We offer Flag Football leagues for both youth and adults. Leagues are played on our indoor, climate-controlled turf fields. No equipment is needed.
Camp:
Our QB/WR camp is run by coach Fred Sprengel. Coach Sprengel has 29 years experience at the High School and Collegiate levels. He was a High School Head Coach for 11 years, achieving 6 state playoff appearances and 3 trips to the state finals. He won the 2003 Central Jersey Group IV State Championship while coaching at Brick Memorial High School. Coach Sprengel works year round with local youth and High School QB’s and Receivers.
Youth Quarterback and Receiver Camp:
8 weeks of skills training to learn, practice, and develop fundamentals by repetition and drills. Will only be accepting 16 quarterbacks and 16 wide receivers. Do not need to register as a pair! Individuals welcomed!
High School Quarterback/Receiver Buddy Camp:
Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers will learn, practice, and develop fundamentals and skills both individually and together. Designed to build a sense of chemistry as teammates. MUST REGISTER AS A PAIR!! Available to the 1st 16 pairs that register!
